Our ALPs outdoor adventure program offers safe, fun and challenging, outdoor adventures that will address the wants, needs and values to individual schools and their students. Our programs are designed to encourage personal growth and cohesiveness in groups by promoting: Leadership Skills,Teamwork, Group Decision Making, Self Confidence, Personal Responsibility, Environmental Stewardship, Community Service

Whether it's in the school, playing in the neighborhood park or field, in their local communities students are encouraged to be good leaders. The skills needed for good leadership are present in all of us, but not all of us are natural leaders. Our ALPs series is designed to identify, embrace and and strengthen our participants leadership abilities. ALPs programs are designed to meet the specific objectives of each group. A sense of collaboration supports individuals as they progress through each activity. The results. A stronger sense of self, self confidence and a new or better set of skills to help each participant be a better leader. Come on it's your turn to lead.

Adventure creates an environment that levels the playing field and allows for a continued conversation regarding the shared experience.

TMO Adventures provide an opportunity to realize a group's governing principles, values and ethics and practice core competencies in a safe and supportive environment.

Our challenges are experiential in nature and we encourage continued teamwork, realistic goal setting, Honest feedback and shared learning in a experiential process which stimulates our creative thinking and problem solving skill sets.

TMO adventures encourage safe risk-taking in adventure activities such as. Field Games and Initiatives, Orienteering, Rock Climbing, Backpacking, Canoeing, Caving and much more.
