Cave owners (NCC) use a first come first served policy and only a few small groups on the same day can be in the cave..

TMO uses the Wards Gregory Cave System in Albany County. Clarksville, New York.

This is not a commercial cave with gift shops, etc.. It is located in a rural town area, we park in the upper Jake Moons resteraunt parking lot. NCC Cave access is by trail out of the parkinglot. (short walk).

Exploring in this fragile, underground environment is a unique and unforgettable experience.   

An Old Limestone cave with a stream running in it year round still helping to form it. Lots of fossils to find nooks and crannies to explore all while in a safe environment.

Average temperature in cave 54 degrees, dark, damp and muddy lots of fun. Go in clean come out dirty and a little wet.

 Head lamp, Flashlight, gloves.

One complete change of clothes, towel. Plastic bag to put dirty clothes in and a personal snack & Non perishable bagged lunch.
